Preamble — Data controller
This Privacy Policy describes how Remix Pro AI (hereinafter the "Service") collects, uses and protects users' personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This Privacy Policy is complementary to the Service's Terms of Use, which is a separate document.
1. Data collected
1.1 At account creation

1.2 Optional data
After creating an account, the user may provide a biography and links to their personal Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts. These fields are simple text links displayed on the profile — they do not trigger any automatic connection or synchronisation with these platforms.
1.3 Data generated by use of the Service
- History of remixes created (title, genre, BPM, key, duration, dates)
- Gamification progress (level, cumulative views)
- Notification preferences
- Voice sample, if the user uses the voice cloning feature (sensitive data, see article 1.4)
1.4 Sensitive data — voice recording
If the user uses the voice cloning feature, an audio sample of their voice is recorded and transmitted to our technical provider ElevenLabs (see article 3) in order to generate the voice clone. This sample is kept by this provider for as long as the user's account exists, and is automatically deleted if the account is deleted (see article 5).
Data never collected by the Service: real first and last names, postal address, telephone number, date of birth, means of payment (no payment solution is integrated to date).

3. Data recipients and processors
Some data is transmitted to third-party technical providers, strictly necessary for the operation of the Service:

Remix Pro AI does not sell or rent users' personal data to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.
4. Data transfers outside the European Union
Some of our technical providers (in particular Suno and ElevenLabs) are based outside the European Union, notably in the United States. These data transfers are governed by the mechanisms provided for by the GDPR.

6. Cookies
The Service uses a single functional cookie, strictly necessary, which remembers the language chosen by the visitor. This cookie does not collect any browsing data and is not shared with any third party.
The Service does not use any audience-measurement, advertising or third-party tracking cookies as of the date of writing of this document.
The user's login session is managed by an authentication token stored locally in the browser, and not by a cookie.
7. Rights of data subjects
In accordance with the GDPR, every user has the following rights over their personal data:
- Right of access: obtain a copy of their personal data
- Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data, directly from their "My account" area
- Right to erasure: delete their account and data, from the Privacy section of their personal area
- Right to data portability: export their data in a structured format (JSON), directly from their personal area
- Right to object and to withdraw consent: for marketing communications, via the notification preferences or the unsubscribe link
- Right to restriction of processing

8. Data security
Remix Pro AI implements reasonable technical measures to protect users' data, in particular: password hashing (never stored in plain text), encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), and restricted access to data by internal teams.
9. Minimum age
The Service is reserved for persons aged at least 18, in accordance with the Terms of Use. No data is knowingly collected from minors.
10. Amendment of the Privacy Policy
Remix Pro AI may amend this Policy at any time. Any substantial amendment will be notified to users by email or in-application notification, with reasonable notice before it comes into force.
